In the community Paul has made a significant contribution over many years as the leader of the Sponsorship Task force for the Harrisdale/Piara Waters Masters’ Football Club & Maddington Football Club – building community-business relationships and negotiating major sponsorship support for both Clubs. Bailey Devine Real Estate is also the major sponsor of the Harrisdale/Piara Waters Masters’ Football Club.

Paul has also served as the Vice President and as a player, coach, and committee member of the Maddington Football Club. Coming from an extensive family of three sisters and two brothers (not to mention 49 first cousins), Paul understands the utmost importance of teamwork and loyalty.
