Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great Service from Start to Finish. Paul Devine impressed us from the Interview of Agents to the end when he got us a price above, we thought we could get.
He was honest about our expectations and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. The house was up on a Wednesday, and we had our first open on the Saturday and by lunchtime on Sunday we had accepted an offer that was well over what we thought. He worked within our timeline that was tight, but we never expected for it sell quickly.
He did all the negotiating for us to get us top dollar. The process was not stressful at all. He had our best interest at the forefront of everything. I loved that an agent worked very hard for his client and communication with what was happening at the end with all the offers we got. We cannot be happy with Paul and would highly recommend this agent as he is very motivated and works hard.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have just put our house up for rent and couldn’t ask for better property managers. They always answer our emails and phone calls quickly. House rented very quickly. We know our home will be looked after by our tenants and property managers whilst we enjoy exploring our beautiful country .

They put their client's interest as first priority before thinking of their own self interest. Kudos to them both. Keep up the great work guys !!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding. As someone who has sold many houses I have had a lot of experience with many Real Estate Agents. I would rate Paul above everyone of those by a long way. He provided professional, accurate advice before and during the sale period, which being a vendor from Sydney was essential. I would not hesitate in recommending Paul to any potential seller. Thanks again.
